IRB Roster

Also known as: IRB membership roster, member roster, board roster

The official membership list of an IRB, identifying each member's role, qualifications, and representation requirements.

Under 45 CFR 46.108 and 21 CFR 56.107, an IRB roster must show enough information to verify required diversity, including at least one scientist, one non-scientist, and one member unaffiliated with the institution.

The roster supports compliance with quorum and member-composition requirements at convened meetings.
